The Metor 300 is the second of the  Metor series  with true multi zone detecting capabilities. This  provides detection that allows not even the toughest metal targets to get through.

Advanced Detection and Discrimination

The Metor 300 offers metal detection that is unbeatable  for metal threat objects with various metal shapes and sizes. This is done with using the new multi coil technology. The frequency distribution eliminates outside noise that might interfere with the Metor 300.  This cosmetic rugged design  offers excellent interference block out. The Metor 300 can detect multiple threat objects at the same time in different zones while someone walks through. With eight different detection zones, is quick and easy to locate the metal target quick. In addition, each zone can be turned off/on and have different sensitivities.

Maximize Throughput

The Metor 300 has two zone displays, one on each side. These help identify where the metal target is on the body. In addition, the Metor 300 has both red and green lights to indicate when an individual is authorized to walk through the metal detector.

Easy to Install, Simple to Operate

The Metor 300 has a  display unit than can be mounted on any of the four sides of the Metor 300. This provides great flexibility when you  install and when operating the machine. The display  gives information on how to operate the metal detector, and also functions as a signal level indicator. In addition, the display  has LED bars showing the zone display indication. This increases the visibility of the zone display information. All parameters are set with a bi-directional remote control unit that allows the copying of the parameters from unit to unit. The control unit, comes only with the metor products. This makes it easy to  program several detectors fast and easy.  The user interface provides three user levels: SUPERUSER, OPERATOR, and USER. The Metor 300 provides a memory bank, which allows storing customer parameter settings.

Versatile Detection Programs

The Metor 300 walk-through metal detector has preset programs for weapons  to meet the requirements set by government authorities. When designing these detectors they used  electromagnetic responses from real knifes and guns, which makes the system detect real life threats. The Metor 300 also has a  Random Alarm function, which allows discreet searches of non-alarming personals.

Enhanced Security

To provide the most secure detector  for safe and continuous operation, the cables connectors and switches in the Metor 300 are built-in, and the remote control unit can be locked inside the crosspiece. The remote control  operation has can be password protected so no unouthorized person can change any settings. The switches can be accessed with the system on or off with or without a key.
