This software is used for PTI to connect to your metal detector and give you the help and support you need. With this software PTI can login to your pc and give you technical support, updates, training, and check your reports to give your helpful tips about your metal detectors past behavior. This is a secure connection that only a PTI Tech can access and control.
Please follow the steps below to setup your software.
1: Select “Run” after the download starts.
2. After PTI Team Viewer is installed select “Next” on the first window.
3: Select “company/commercial use”.
4: Choose any (6 character) password you would like. Then select “Finish”.
5: This is your finale step. Once this screen comes up please call PTI (801-280-9997) with your user ID and password.
